Email revenue is driven by relevance, not volume — a 1,200-name list with 35% open rates will outperform a 10,000-name generic list every time. The founding cohort includes properties starting from 800 names.

Most boutique hotel lists we work with are in exactly this state. A dormant list is not a dead one. Before we send anything, we run it through deliverability verification — removing invalid addresses and flagging high-risk contacts. Then we warm it back up over the first two to three weeks with a re-engagement sequence designed to rebuild sender reputation before your first full campaign goes out. You will lose some contacts in that process. That is intentional. What remains is a clean, engaged list ready to generate direct bookings — and a smaller list of people who actually open your emails is worth more than a large list that flags you as spam.

We read everything you have already published — your website, your past emails, your hotel's history, your reviews — before we write a single word. The voice is already in the property; our job is to listen. Your first campaign comes back within 48 hours, and you edit it the way a head chef tastes a dish.

You tell us and we rebuild it. There is no revision cap and there is no extra charge. If a campaign is not better than anything you have sent before, you do not approve it and we do not send it. That is the whole point of a 48-hour turnaround.
